DAMAGED, INCORRECT PRODUCTS, OR ISSUES

EXCHANGES
We only replace items that are broken, damaged, incorrect, or the wrong size. Please contact us via email at the address provided on our store’s website if you need to exchange an item.
RESTOCKING FEES
There are no restocking fees for returns.
14-Day Withdrawal Period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if items are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason and without explanation. As before, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved or not. If approved, your original payment method will be refunded promptly.
